Message frequency varies based on your request, account activity, or notification needs. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your choice
Enrollment is voluntary and is not required to submit a request, apply, work, or receive services. A phone number alone is not SMS consent. Caregiver enrollment is voluntary and is not assumed from employment or an existing phone number.

Caregiver reviewer evidence
A caregiver may voluntarily enroll through the authenticated caregiver portal notification-preferences flow. The screen presents this program name, the applicable timesheet, document, schedule, and portal-account purposes, variable frequency, rates, and bold HELP/STOP instructions before the caregiver saves consent. Consent and withdrawal are recorded with the source and time; no real personal data is shown on this public page.
